Course materials, branding, and app software are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such content as needed to operate the Service. Respect copyrights and licenses of third-party materials.
The Service may integrate third-party services (including video, storage, ads). Your use of those services may be subject to third-party terms. Advertising may be shown as permitted by the app configuration.
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement unless mandatory rights apply in your jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months for the Service (if any) or zero, unless liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
